In NRM account IDs are generated automatically, but there is a special mode when account IDs are integrated with the work of a third-party CRM or site. If account IDs are already assigned in another system, and it is necessary to use the same IDs on the platform - with this special mode external IDs will be displayed in the Online Office and NRM.
There is External ID field in account profile
By default in the NRM settings the External ID parameter is disabled - then the External ID field matches with the account ID in the NRM system.
It may be necessary to integrate NRM with another site with a different identification system, in this case the External ID is stored in the External ID field of the profile.
The External ID parameter can be enabled in the NRM settings through MLM Soft technical support, in this case searching for accounts will be performed not by internal IDs, but by external IDs saved in the External ID profile field.
